Rock Music is often not understood properly. It is not just a matter of turn on the radio on whatever station that isn't 'old-style' music and saying "Ooh! This is rock!" There are other styles that are like it; you have R/B, hip hop, urban and dance that sound like it. Just try not to mix it up here.

yeah, and there is a bunch of different styles of rock such as indie or alternative, punk rock, classic, hard rock,and many more!
